Name: (Follow all of the Clan customs if you're a Clan cat, otherwise, keep it appropriate)
Age: (How many moons old are they, remember to keep their age relevant to what rank they are if you're a Clan cat.)
Gender: (Male or female?)
Alignment: (MarshClan, Loner, Kittypet, ect.)
Looks: (A picture or detailed description)
History: (This will be varied depending on age and alignment. The older the cat, the more history. Also, because at this time the Clans are relatively new, no cat has been born into them, if you're a part of a Clan, you must describe how you ended up in it.)

Rank: (Apprentice, Warrior, ect. Remove if you aren't a Clan cat)
Mentor/Mentoring: (Keep blank, it'll be filled in by your Clan leader when it applies. Delete if you aren't a Clan cat.)
Strengths: (What your cat is good at, what they excel in)
Weaknesses: (The things your cat isn't good at, such as impatience, irritability, or not being the best at stalking)
Mate: (This will be applied if you gain a mate)
Kits: (This will be added if your cat comes to parent kits)
